The City of Garland is soliciting bids for groundskeeping maintenance services at the Duck Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 750 Duck Creek Way, Sunnyvale, Texas. The contract is a term agreement for one year with four optional annual renewals, with an estimated annual expenditure of $150,000. The scope includes mowing, weed eating, edging, litter collection, insect, weed and disease control, pruning, trimming, and related landscaping work such as irrigation repairs and tree replacement.
