Description
The City of Gloucester is seeking proposals from qualified trade contractors interested in being prequalified for various categories of work including Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing Damproofing & Caulking, Roofing & Flashing, Metal Windows, Glass and Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning, and Electrical. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process under MGL Chapter 149A. Only prequalified firms with DCAMM certification will be allowed to submit bids. The procurement is funded in part by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund and includes MBE/WBE, AIS/BABA, ARPA, and IIJA requirements.
