Description

The City of Boise is seeking to prequalify development teams for joint acquisition and development or preservation of affordable or permanent supportive housing. The solicitation aims to select one or more teams experienced in multifamily rental development and/or preservation to swiftly secure property and enter ground leases for affordable housing projects. The contract term is one year with the possibility of four one-year extensions. The City is interested in projects including production of affordable multifamily rental housing, permanent supportive housing, preservation or redevelopment of naturally occurring affordable housing, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings for affordable housing.
