Description
The City of Calgary is seeking proposals from qualified multidisciplinary teams to conduct a feasibility study and potentially subsequent planning, design, and construction support for a riparian enhancement and river access management project within Griffith Woods Park along the Elbow River. The project includes site investigations, riparian health and hydrologic assessments, development of enhancement and access management alternatives, preliminary cost estimates, and risk mitigation. The work is divided into four phases: feasibility study, preliminary design, detailed design, and construction administration, support, and monitoring. The estimated total contract value is $1,500,000 with a budget of $120,000 for the first phase.
