Description
The City of Agoura Hills is seeking consultant services to assist in the preparation of its 7th Cycle Housing Element, estimated for adoption in 2029/2030. The selected consultant will prepare the Housing Element in collaboration with City staff, lead public participation processes, update various housing assessments and inventories, attend project hearings and workshops, and act as a liaison with the Department of Housing and Community Development. Additional tasks include preparing updates to other General Plan elements and related studies, and providing digital copies of all final documents. Proposals must be submitted electronically by July 27, 2026.
