The City of Edinburg's Department of Engineering is seeking to retain a rotation list of qualified professional Geotechnical Engineering firms to provide Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services. The contract term is two years, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2028. Services include geotechnical evaluations, construction materials testing, and environmental services for all City projects.
