Description

This solicitation is for the rehabilitation of two alley segments totaling approximately 1700 linear feet, with widths ranging from 10 to 14 feet. The work includes milling the existing surface, placing granular subbase, resurfacing with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), partial driveway construction, storm sewer and intakes installation, sodding, and related reconstruction activities. The project start date is on or after July 27, 2026, with completion required by November 20, 2026. Liquidated damages of $500 per day apply for delays beyond the completion date.
