The Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to modernize the audio and visual systems in the Tinker Event Center Ballroom. - Government Buyer: - Air Force Sustainment Center, Operational Contracting Directorate, Tinker Air Force Base - Department of War (DoW) also referenced as the agency - Project Scope: - Removal of existing A/V equipment and installation of new, high-quality audio and visual systems - Turnkey solution including equipment procurement, delivery, installation, integration, programming, commissioning, acceptance testing, training, documentation, and warranty - System must support unified communications, BYOD, and be compatible with Microsoft Teams and Zoom for Government - Compliance with DoD security standards required - Products/Equipment Requested: - 3 laser projectors (4K UHD, ceiling mounted) - 1 electronic roll-up projector screen (stage-mounted) - 2 fixed 80-85" screens (projector compatible) - 2 mobile 85" screens with carts - 1 80-85" flat panel smart TV (4K, WiFi, articulating wall mount) - Media matrix switch (HDMI/VGA compatible) - 3 scaling receivers with room controls - 1 video codec system (for Teams/Zoom, LAN connected) - 1 high-definition webcam (movable, hardwired) - 8 wireless microphones (4 handheld, 4 lapel, no Bluetooth) - 8 digital encrypted wireless tabletop microphones (charging bases, no Bluetooth) - 1 audio input system (CD, aux, Bluetooth) - 1 digital sound processor (DSP, echo canceling, VOIP interface, no Bluetooth) - 39 ceiling speakers - 7 speakers and 7 amplification channels (for 7 zones) - 6 wired control system displays (A/V control, GUI) - 1 lockable black metal communication cabinet - Services Requested: - Operational manuals for all equipment - Comprehensive training for facility owners, A/V support staff, and end-users - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must be compatible with both Microsoft Teams and Zoom for Government - No Bluetooth allowed for microphones or DSP - All work must comply with DoD security standards - Site visit required for vendors - Turnkey, fully integrated solution with warranty and documentation - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified in the requirements; selection is open to qualified manufacturers and integrators.

Description

The contractor must remove the current audio and visual equipment in the Tinker Ballroom and install new high-quality audio and visual equipment that is able to support different functions and tele/video conferences in accordance with local security guidelines.  The contractor must provide all equipment, supplies, tools, and labor necessary to complete this entire project and ensure a turnkey modernization system is installed
