The Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Office of Criminal Investigations (OCI), Investigative Analysis Branch, is seeking a secure web-portal solution for investigative research. - Government Buyer: - Food and Drug Administration (FDA) - Office of Criminal Investigations (OCI) - Investigative Analysis Branch - OEMs and Vendors: - West Publishing (OEM of CLEAR software) - Equivalent solutions from other OEMs are acceptable - Products/Services Requested: - 20 concurrent licenses for West Publishing CLEAR software or an equivalent secure web-portal database - Option to add 20 additional licenses annually, for up to five years - Access to public, commercial, and law enforcement records (including telephone directories, credit reports, criminal records, and social media monitoring) - Helpdesk support available at least 360 days per year - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Secure, cloaked queries to protect investigative activity - Compatibility with multiple browsers and devices - Compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards - Option periods allow for scalability up to 100 licenses over five years
