Description
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a one-time exemption to Palisades Energy, LLC for the Palisades Nuclear Plant. This exemption allows the use of less restrictive work hour limitations than normally required by NRC regulations until 9 days before the start of the unit's initial fuel load into the reactor.
