The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that exporters of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from China made sales at less than normal value during the review period from December 1, 2023, through November 30, 2024. The review is being rescinded in part for 16 companies, including Maodi Solar Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
