Santa Clara Valley Water District is seeking experienced vendors to provide comprehensive printing, finishing, and bulk mailing services for its public outreach campaigns. - Government Buyer: - Santa Clara Valley Water District, Office of Communications, Purchasing and Consultant Contracts Services Unit - Products/Services Requested: - High-volume printing and mailing of public outreach materials, including: - Flood Campaign Trifold mailers (45,000–55,000 units) - Flood Campaign Booklet with attached Digimag ferrite magnet (45,000–55,000 units) - Flood Campaign Postcards (45,000–55,000 units) - Stream Maintenance Program Mailers (8,000–20,000 units) - Full-service bulk mailing, including addressing, mail preparation, presorting, USPS documentation, and delivery - Pre-press layout, print-ready file review, proofs, specialty papers and finishes, packaging, and delivery - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must have at least seven years of experience with large-scale government or similar print and mailing projects - Strict adherence to Valley Water’s branding and technical specifications (e.g., specific paper types, Pantone colors, glued magnets) - USPS postage costs are handled as a pass-through and not included in the base contract - No specific OEMs or named vendors; open to qualified commercial print and mailing service providers - Estimated contract is for one year with up to four optional one-year extensions, issued on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimums.

Description

Valley Water is seeking qualified vendors to provide printing, finishing, and bulk mailing services for public outreach and communication materials. Services include high-quality digital and/or offset printing of various printed materials, pre-press support, finishing, packaging, delivery, and bulk mailing including addressing, mail preparation, presorting, USPS documentation, and delivery to USPS or Valley Water locations. The contract term is one year with up to four optional one-year extensions, and work will be issued on an as-needed basis with estimated quantities only. Bidders must submit all required forms, pricing, and attachments electronically through Planet Bids by the deadline.
