Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites experienced and qualified firms to submit proposals to conduct a series of Municipal Class Environmental Assessments. The assessments will support the development of full municipal water and wastewater servicing for the Township of Cavan Monaghan's North Monaghan ward, including the Fraserville settlement area. The proposal must meet all requirements outlined in the RFP document. If no proposals are accepted, the Township may re-issue the RFP.
