Tennessee Technological University (TTU) is seeking bids for a comprehensive Point-of-Sale (POS) and concessions technology system for Tucker Stadium and Athletics venues. - Government Buyer: - Tennessee Technological University (TTU) - OEMs and Vendors: - Mashgin (AI checkout system) - Transact (campus card system integration) - Equivalent products from any manufacturer will be considered - Products/Services Requested: - POS hardware: terminals (at least 14 units), self-checkout kiosks (2 units), handheld POS units (37 units total across various uses), kitchen display systems (2 units), cash drawers (7 units), payment devices with point-to-point encryption (18 units), Transact side car devices (10 units), AI checkout systems (Mashgin or equivalent, 3 units), QR code mobile ordering systems (15 units) - Software and licensing for POS and concessions operations - Installation, configuration, and operational readiness for all venues - Remote and on-site training for staff - On-site support for initial events - Ongoing technical support and service agreements - Project management throughout implementation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Full integration with Transact campus card system - Support for cashless payments, mobile ordering, and payment processing - PCI and ADA compliance - System must be operational before the 2026 football season - Annual price escalation capped at 2% - On-site support required for first two game day events - Hardware and software must be suitable for multiple athletics environments and support both legacy and new stadium operations - Merchant IDs (MIDs) required for POS, AI systems, and mobile ordering - Equivalent solutions from any qualified manufacturer are acceptable if they meet performance standards

Tennessee Technological University is soliciting bids for the procurement, installation, and support of a comprehensive Point-of-Sale (POS) and concessions technology system to support Tucker Stadium and Athletics operations. The system must be fully integrated across all athletics venues, enable self-checkout, mobile ordering, and cashless payments, and integrate with the Transact campus card system. The project includes providing all required POS hardware, software, licensing, installation, training, and ongoing support. The system must be operational by August 29, 2026, with preferred completion by August 21, 2026, to support the 2026 football season.
