Description

The New York State Office of Mental Health and Manhattan Psychiatric Center are seeking a contractor through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide preventive maintenance services for HVAC and refrigeration systems and ancillary equipment at their campus located at 102 Rivers Edge Road, New York, NY 10035. The contract term is for 5 years, starting from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2032.
