Lanmark Group, Inc. is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) subcontractors for restoration and repair work at the College of Staten Island Buildings 1A, 2A, 1C, 1L, & 6S. The scope includes cupola roof, lantern and skylight restoration, masonry wall repairs, roof cover replacement, and associated asbestos abatement. Work will be performed per the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) using union wages.
