Description
Mohawk Valley Economic Development District, Inc. (MVEDD) is seeking statements of qualification from qualified and experienced contractors to perform construction services for various small-scale commercial and mixed-use improvement projects funded by a Small Projects Fund grant from New York Forward for the Town of Richfield, Otsego County. The scope includes insulating the building, replacing/upgrading three exit/entry doors, replacing/upgrading the steel roof over the kitchen area, and siding the entire building with steel including all trim and fascia. This RFQ aims to establish a pre-qualified pool of contractors eligible to bid on and perform work for eligible small business and property owners participating in the program. Minority and Women-Owned Businesses are strongly encouraged to respond.
