Mohawk Valley Economic Development District, Inc. (MVEDD) is seeking statements of qualification from qualified and experienced contractors to perform construction services for various small-scale commercial and mixed-use improvement projects funded by the New York Forward Small Projects Fund grant for the Town of Richfield, Otsego County. The scope includes removing an existing power vented water heater, installing a new high efficiency tankless water heater with scale inhibitors, installing two double doors with panic bars, building a roof over a secondary exit door, and installing an exterior vent for the kitchen range hood. This RFQ aims to establish a pre-qualified pool of contractors eligible to bid on and perform work for eligible small business and property owners. Minority and Women-Owned Businesses are strongly encouraged to respond.
