Description
This Request for Bid (RFB) will result in a statewide mandatory Contract for the printing and manufacturing of envelopes. The work includes printing on one or two sides with one or multiple inks by inkjet, lithographic, or flexographic processes on white wove and color papers. The bid covers normal finishing operations such as standard glue, latex gum, and metal clasp. Quantities range from 1,000 to over 2,000,000 in specified increments depending on envelope type. The contractor must provide all materials and services necessary for manufacture and delivery, including insured shipping, proofs, and return of artwork and samples with invoices.
