Description
The Department of Children’s and Families (DCF) is seeking proposals to expand evidence-based home visiting services to counties and tribes in Wisconsin that are at high risk for poor maternal, child, and family outcomes. The program aims to improve these outcomes through voluntary, high-quality, evidence-based home visiting programming and coordination with needed services. The solicitation includes five national home visiting models: Healthy Families America, Parents as Teachers, Nurse Family Partnership, Early Head Start Home Based, and Family Spirit.
