Description
The Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide the Access Health Plan and State Maintenance Health Plan under the State of Wisconsin and Wisconsin Public Employer Group Health Insurance Programs for state and local government employees and retirees starting with the 2028 program year. The contract term will begin upon execution and extend through December 31, 2030, with options to renew for two additional two-year periods. The contractor will assist with implementation, transition, and participant communication prior to the 2028 plan year, with services starting on the first day of the 2028 open enrollment period.
