The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), through its Office of Product Quality and Research (OPQR), is seeking to procure a Molecular Dynamic Modeling and Simulation Platform or a comparable solution to support pharmaceutical manufacturing research. - Government Buyer: - Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Product Quality and Research (OPQR) - Products/Services Requested: - Molecular Dynamic Modeling and Simulation Platform (software license) - Must support advanced molecular dynamics simulations, machine learning models, and data management - Required compatibility with FDA's Precision 7920 Tower hardware (128GB RAM, Dual Nvidia RTX A5000 GPUs, Intel Xeon Gold 5220R CPU, Ubuntu OS) - Includes modules for predictive modeling, molecular visualization, conformational sampling, ligand docking, protein structure prediction, quantum mechanics simulations, and biologics modeling - Services: Delivery, installation, on-site training, and technical support - Minimum of 3 days of full-time vendor support for simulation projects - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Platform must be compatible with high-performance computing hardware already in use at FDA - Includes both software and comprehensive support services (installation, training, and project support) - Delivery to FDA OPQR in Silver Spring, MD

This requirement is for a Molecular Modeling Simulation Platform or comparable for the Food Drug Administration's (FDA's) Office of Product Quality and Research (OPQR).
