SUNY Upstate Medical University seeks to lease approximately 100 parking spaces preferably within a 1/2 mile of its downtown campus at 750 East Adams Street, Syracuse, NY 13210. The lease term is five years, with availability by the fourth quarter of 2026. The parking site must be surfaced with stripping, fully fenced, have lighting and a guard shack, and be maintained by the landlord including snow removal. Multiple contracts may be awarded to fulfill the parking space requirements.
