This opportunity is for a contractor to provide a comprehensive conference package for the Virgin Islands National Guard (VING) Annual Volunteer Workshop, supporting the Military Family Readiness Program. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Virgin Islands National Guard, U.S. Army National Guard (VIARNG), G1 Family Program - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Lodging: 14 single occupancy rooms, 2 double occupancy rooms (total for up to 18 individuals) - Meals: Breakfast (18), lunch (48), dinner (48), morning and afternoon refreshments (48 each), drinks (tea, coffee, juices, water) - Conference Facilities: General session room divisible into two breakout rooms, equipped with at least 2 microphones, podium, 1 screen and projector per breakout room, for up to 48 individuals - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All lodging, meals, and conference space must be co-located at the same venue on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands - Event duration is three days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) before September 30, 2026 - Focus on family readiness and volunteer training - Firm fixed price arrangement; no options or extensions - Audiovisual equipment and breakout room capability required

Description

The contractor shall provide a conference package to include lodging, meals, and conference space co-located in the same location necessary to effectively conduct the Virgin Islands National Guard (VING) State Family Program (SFP) Annual Volunteer Workshop FY026 as defined in the Statement of Work. Please see FAR 52.212-2 on page 31 of the solicitation for specifics on response requirements. Submit all questions to the POCs listed in this posting no later than noon EST on 30 June 2026.
