Description

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive services to support the Transportation Investment Act (TIA) program. These services include Pre-Acquisition, Acquisition, Relocation Negotiation, Relocation Benefits Package, Appraisal Services, and Specialty Reports. The contracts will facilitate the acquisition and certification of parcels necessary for constructing TIA projects within approved special districts.
