The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico is conducting market research and seeking sources capable of providing Electrical Substation Preventive Maintenance and Repairs Services. IF A SOLICITATION IS RELEASED, IT WILL BE SYNOPSIZED ON THE GOVERNMENT-WIDE POINT OF ENTRY (GPE). IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR THE GPE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT.REQUIRED CAPABILITIES This is a non-personal services contract to provide base operations Main Electrical Substation Maintenance and Repairs Services. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all non personal services necessary to perform the required services. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, a Small Business Size Standard of $19,000,000. The Product Service Code is J061, Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Electric Wire and Power Distribution Equipment. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement, information requested and answers to all questions indicated. The deadline for response to this request is no later than July 15, 2026; 10:00 am, Atlantic Standard Time.
