Description
The Department of National Defence (DND) of Canada is seeking proposals for the procurement and installation of blast-resistant window film for the Pointe-à-Carcy (PAC) building located in Quebec. This measure is recommended following physical security and threat risk assessments to enhance the security of the building by protecting DND members and obstructing visibility into the building.
