Description

The Correctional Service Canada requires continuous mental health support and programming for federally incarcerated offenders in Ontario and Nunavut, with a focus on Indigenous, Ethnocultural, and Black offenders. The program aims to provide culturally relevant mental health and emotional resilience supports through collaboration with a Black-led community agency. The contractor must provide ongoing, culturally competent mental health services to Black offenders, including in-person engagement sessions and consistent support throughout the contract period. The contract duration is estimated at 8 months, starting from August 1, 2026.
