The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. 2. RFID is only required if the Ship To code identified above is listed at the website with DFARS 252.211-7006 PASSIVE RFID, at the time of shipment.
