The contractor must report all transactions by the end of the fifth business day after receipt, and the Action Date in CAV must reflect the actual date of physical receipt. The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government within the RTATs established in this contract. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any asset for which the contractor does not meet the RTAT will incur a price reduction per unit per month late, except for delays deemed excusable (e.g., Government Delay). Price reductions due to unexcusable delays will be implemented via a "reconciliation modification" at the end of the contract. Price reductions shall not limit other remedies, including termination for default.
