Scope In case of conflict between section "C" and section "D" of the contract/purchase order, section "C" will take precedence. Applicable Documents Applicable documents include technical data such as drawings, specifications, and military standards, obtainable at https://logistics.unnpp.gov/ecommerce. Requirements Manufacture and design of the strainers shall meet specified requirements, including compliance with manufacturer details, drawings, and part numbers listed in the document. Mercury exclusion requirements are also specified. Technical Documentation and Precedence Order of precedence for technical documents is outlined, including amendments, schedules, terms, and drawings. Use of document revisions must be approved by the contracting officer. Vendor Deviations and Quality Assurance Compliance with delivery dates and technical requirements is expected. Requests for deviations or waivers must be justified and approved. Mercury content is strictly prohibited. Quality Assurance The contractor shall maintain an inspection system acceptable to the government, with records kept available during performance and beyond as required.
