The U.S. Embassy Bangkok is seeking to procure a wheeled telescopic boom lift system for facility operations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy Bangkok, GSO/Contracting & Procurement Office, Facility Office - OEMs and Vendors: - Genie (Genie Model S-60J specified or equivalent) - Vendor must be an authorized Genie dealer with local service capabilities in Bangkok - Products/Services Requested: - One wheeled telescopic boom lift (Genie Model S-60J or equivalent) - Minimum working height: 20.5 meters - Platform capacity: 300 kg - Diesel engine, 4WD, rough terrain tires - Safety features: emergency stop/lowering, overload and tilt sensors, platform leveling - Includes 2 safety harnesses and helmets - Delivery within 180 days to Embassy - On-site commissioning and full function testing by certified Genie technician - Comprehensive operator and safety training by certified Genie instructor - Warranty and after-sales service: - General warranty: 1 year - Motor/hydraulic/electrical warranty: 2 years - Structural warranty: 5 years - Technician support within 48 hours - Spare parts availability for 10 years - Local service center required in Bangkok - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendor must provide training, documentation, and commissioning - Vendor responsible for import duties and taxes - All warranties and after-sales support must be locally available - Certificates required for commissioning and training

Description

Enclosed is a request for quotations (RFQ) for one wheeled telescopic boom lift. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price, technically acceptable, in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Quotations are due by July 09, 2026 no later than 16:00 hours (Bangkok local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to e-mail: Pinlaorp@state.gov  Please enter the subject line: Quotation Enclosed - RFQ#19TH2026Q0042 - One wheeled telescopic boom lift.  It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
