The 177th Fighter Wing Contracting Office, Atlantic City, NJ intends to award a single source contract to Black River Systems Company, Inc. for BR4925R Ninja RFFE System upgrades under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), due to proprietary specialized equipment replacement.
