The U.S. Embassy Bogota, under the Department of State, is soliciting proposals for the supply of Apple products and compatible accessories for official use. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State - U.S. Embassy Bogota, General Services Office (GSO) - OEMs and Vendors: - Apple (primary OEM for devices and chargers) - NCO (manufacturer of SafeCase Lite cases and GlassGuard ion+ screen protectors) - ZAGG (manufacturer of Luxe with MagSafe cases) - Products/Services Requested: - iPhone 17e, 256GB Black (15 units) - iPhone 17 Pro Max, 256GB Silver (4 units) - iPhone 17 Pro Max, 256GB Orange (1 unit) - Apple USB-C 20W Wall Charger, White (20 units) - NCO Antimicrobial Screen Protector for iPhone 17e (15 units) - NCO SafeCase Lite with MagSafe for iPhone 17e Black (15 units) - ZAGG Luxe with MagSafe Case for iPhone 17 Pro Max Black (5 units) - NCO GlassGuard ion+ Screen Protector for iPhone 17 Pro Max (5 units) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All products must be brand new and meet exact specifications - Delivery required within 30 days after award to the Embassy warehouse in Bogota - Only companies legally established in Colombia are eligible - Compliance with all Colombian regulations and standards is mandatory - Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required prior to contract award - Payment terms are net 30 days after receipt and acceptance - Delivery terms are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to Bogota

Companies must be legally established in Colombia, comply with all specific Colombian regulations and standards applicable to the goods offered.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.  

The Government intends to award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable list of prices. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
