Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, subcontracts, and other items and services necessary to perform and shall perform all operation, maintenance, repair and facility management support tasks and functions for medical research facilities (MRF) as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the Uniformed Services University (USU). Work shall be performed and documentation shall be maintained to the standards set forth in this contract, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the Association for the Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care (AAALAC), the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories (BMBL), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and all other applicable codes and regulations, to ensure full accreditation compliance. The award for services under this scope of work shall be limited to the services identified in the contract line items awarded in the contract and its modifications. In the event of a conflict between this paragraph and any other term or provision of the scope of work, this paragraph shall prevail.
