Description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a contractor to deliver First Aid Training consisting of Standard First Aid (SFA), Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR-C), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) re-certification for RCMP members. This requirement is for re-certification training only and does not include the 2-day (16-hour) Standard First Aid course. The training must follow RCMP standards and be delivered via a blended learning method combining practical and online training, with the online component being self-paced with evaluations, followed by practical classroom instruction at PRTC. The contractor will facilitate online training for up to two RCMP First Aid Instructor Trainers twice per year, who will then train RCMP candidates and instructors. The contract period is for two years from August 4, 2026, with an option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods.
