The project includes cleanup, hazard removal, demolition of Building 10, and construction of a new three-story 65,000 sq ft building with surface parking for 200 vehicles. The contract term is approximately 1095 calendar days including construction, with services commencing within 14 days of the Notice to Proceed. The Owner has engaged Freese and Nichols, Inc. as the Owner's Representative to provide Project Management services for this project.
