The United States Forest Service (USFS), National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC), is seeking vehicle upfitting services for a fleet of new trucks and SUVs to support fire response operations. - Government Buyer: - United States Forest Service (USFS), National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC), Incident Procurement Aviation Branch - OEMs and Vendors: - Primary vehicle OEMs: Ford (F-250 Tremor, Expedition), Nissan (Titan King Cab) - Notable component OEMs referenced: Troy (radio console), Scotchlite 3M (reflective sheeting), Patrol Power (battery disconnect) - Products/Services Requested: - Upfitting of 2024-2026 model year Ford and Nissan vehicles - Installation of LED light bars (48-60 inch, multi-function), warning lights (dual color, multiple zones), siren systems (100W, PA, radio rebroadcast), and radio consoles (Troy CC-WBOS-20 or equal) - Prewiring for district radios, antenna leads and bases, heavy-duty timed battery disconnects (Patrol Power Generation 2 or equal), and fuse blocks - Application of Scotchlite 3M reflective striping and decals per USFS specifications - Provision of vehicle manuals, wiring diagrams, and warranty documentation - Installation of rear security partition for SUVs - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with OEM specifications, NFPA standards, and USFS policies - Minimum 5-year warranty on LED light bars - Custom programming of lighting and siren systems per government requirements - Delivery and pickup at USFS location in Redding, CA - Offer prices must be held firm for 60 days - Period of performance is 120 days from award

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. If you wish to compete for the contract described in Sections A through E of this combined synopsis/solicitation, you must submit a signed and dated quote and all other requested information by the time and date shown on the SF 1449.
