Description

This solicitation is to establish an Agency Term Contract to provide Hearing Aids to the Louisiana Department of Health, Office of Public Health, Bureau of Family Health (LDH/OPH/BFH). The contract shall be effective for a period of 12 months beginning with the date of award, with an option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The hearing aids must be first-line instruments, conform to industry standards, and include specific features such as direct audio input for BTE models.
