Description

This solicitation is to establish an Agency Term Contract to provide Hearing Aids to the Louisiana Department of Health, Office of Public Health, Bureau of Family Health (LDH/OPH/BFH). The contract shall be effective for a period of 12 months beginning with the date of award, with an option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The hearing aids must be first-line instruments, conform to industry standards, and include specific features such as direct audio input for BTE models. The vendor must provide factory service, warranty, repair services, and training as required by the agency.
