Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide 30% Design Services for the Snowflake Lodge Replacement Project. The project aims to develop a 30% Design package based on a comprehensive Needs Assessment that established operational requirements, stakeholder priorities, financial considerations, space programming, and project objectives. The selected Design Team will be responsible for developing the architectural vision, site design, engineering concepts, cost estimates, and other deliverables necessary to guide future design development and construction. The District prefers Design Teams experienced in mountain resort facilities, destination hospitality venues, public recreation facilities, and projects exceeding $30 million, with experience in environmentally sensitive or highly regulated jurisdictions, including the Tahoe Basin, being highly desirable.
