Description
The City of Rochester, NY is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultants or firms specializing in leadership development training and team enhancement. The selected consultant will provide Supervisory Leadership Development Core Skills Training and additional supportive supervisory functions such as performance management, planning and organizing work, succession planning, coaching skills, and effective communication for current and prospective first-level and newly promoted supervisors. Training is expected to be delivered three times a year over a ten-week period, including additional supportive leadership development trainings. The consultant must also provide materials, an online repository, and conduct regular progress meetings with the Department of Human Resource Management.
