Description

This RFP solicits proposals from qualified organizations to provide services as both a one-stop operator and primary Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I adult and dislocated worker service provider in an America’s Job Center of California (AJCC), known locally as a WorkSource Center (WSC). The solicitation is open only to the List of Qualified WSC Operators resulting from a prior RFQ process approved by the WDB. The City will select one service provider for each of the specified Community Plan Areas: Boyle Heights CPA, Southeast Los Angeles / Watts CPA, and either West Adams–Baldwin Hills–Leimert CPA or South Los Angeles CPA.
