This project involves comprehensive site preparation and development to support a 5-Lot Pattern Zone Subdivision and construction of five modular cottages on full foundations on CITY owned land at 0 Barrows Street. Each cottage will have two prefabricated modules supplied and installed by Preferred Building Systems of Claremont, NH, providing approximately 900 sq ft of finished living space. The scope includes clearing, grubbing, excavation, earthwork, grading, compaction, installation of underground utilities, erosion and sediment control, site access development, and excavation/backfill of foundations.
