Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) seeking a consultant to assist with the modernization of the fire and emergency response system in New Castle County, Delaware. The consultant will evaluate and make recommendations on operational deployment, volunteer participation, standards compliance, special operations, staffing, ambulance and EMS system, financial responsibility, regional coordination, and organizational structure.
