Description

The Borough of New Providence is soliciting qualification statements from interested persons and/or firms for the provision of Operational Review Services for calendar year 2026. The services include operational and management efficiency reviews of municipal operations, potentially supported by a grant under the Management Enhancement Review Program (MERP). Respondents must have a minimum of five years of experience and submit a qualification statement including resumes, references, and a cost proposal. The Borough will evaluate submissions and select the most advantageous proposal(s) based on specified criteria.
