Description

Sarpy County is seeking a qualified contractor to perform upgrades to the bullpens at Werner Park. The project involves removing all material, widening the mounds, rebuilding the mounds with correct product, installing drainage, fixing electrical, and installing FieldTurf FIT Turf with a 5mm pad wall-to-wall, excluding the pitchers mound. The upgrades must meet Professional Development League (PDL) standards and be completed while the Omaha Storm Chasers are on a road trip, prior to the next stadium event. The scope includes furnishing all materials, labor, tools, permits, insurance, utilities, and transportation services necessary to complete excavation, drainage, concrete work, electrical, foundation, grading, and field turf work.
