Solano County Behavioral Health is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Early Intervention services for children, youth, and young adults ages 0-25 in Solano County. The services focus on priority populations including those experiencing early signs of mental health or substance use disorders, homelessness, justice or child welfare involvement, crisis risk, disparities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and families. The scope includes outreach, screening, linkage, crisis referrals, and evidence-based treatments delivered through various modalities, with an emphasis on culturally and linguistically responsive services and support for the County's transition to Medi-Cal billing. The contract is expected to start around November 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with potential renewal through June 30, 2029, and estimated funding up to $1,020,000 annually.
