Description

The County of Solano, General Services Department – Fleet Operations Division, is seeking qualified vendors to provide bulk fuel supply, delivery, and fuel inventory monitoring services for unleaded gasoline (87 octane) and renewable diesel (RD99). The services will support County-owned fuel facilities throughout Solano County and aim to establish a competitively procured agreement for purchase, monitoring, and delivery of bulk fuel. The scope includes reliable fuel supply, scheduled and emergency delivery, pricing based on OPIS rack index methodology, and remote fuel inventory monitoring to support approximately 700+ fleet assets.
