Description

This solicitation is for the design and implementation of an integrated leadership assessment and development roadmap. The project aims to define future-state leadership expectations, assess current capabilities and gaps, and establish a scalable approach to leadership development, suggestion, and talent management. The deliverable is a practical, actionable plan that builds internal capability within AHS and HSS to sustain and scale leadership development and strengthen the leadership pipeline over the long term.
