The scope includes partial tear-off, substrate repair if needed, new TPO installation, and reintegration with the existing roofing system to ensure waterproofing. Chillers will remain on the roof and must be lifted to allow work. The project will be awarded to one roofing contractor and one mechanical contractor separately.
